Poor. Except for Sabrina at the front desk who was very polite and gave us information about catching the tram, I wouldn't be staying at this hotel chain again.

Great hotel when you are going to an event at the Zenith. Its walking distance.
Also to go into the city you have a tram right outside the hotel that brings you directly to the citycentre.
We would stay there again

Satisfied, but for 4 stars hotel I expected a little more, maybe a larger selection of warm dishes for breakfast.

Stressful and disappointing. We paid for 3 rooms in advance but when we arrived late at night, very tired and sleepy, we were informed that 1 room was not available! Transferred 2 of us to a 2 star hotel. We were told that manager paid for that hotel for 300 euros while it says in booking.com it was only 112; it was a very basic hotel, it was only 2 star. She said it’s because we insisted on having twin bed that’s why she sent us to that hotel. We never told them that; and we were informed it would also be 4 star hotel that’s why we agreed to be transferred at the middle of the night. We carried our heavy luggages to 2nd floor as there was no lift; there was no hairdryer, lights in bathroom not functioning well. Gave us free breakfast but not enough to compensate for the stress. We complained about the accommodation next day, manager was not there, met her the following day but she said she could not give us anything more because we already agreed on the free breakfast. Had we been informed that the other hotel was only 2 star, we would not agree for free breakfast as compensation, few minutes before we transferred we still confirmed if it was also 4 star and reception called manager and he confirmed that it was a 4 star hotel. Strasbourg definitely became stress-bourg. Will never come back to this hotel and will never recommend to others. If your room is given to other clients and they offer to transfer you to another hotel, google first what kind of hotel they’re going to send you to. Too frustrating and could ruin a long planned holiday.

Nous sommes navré que votre séjour n'a pas été conforme a vos attentes. Suite à de nombreuses réservation entrantes dans notre système, qui a conduit a un bug informatique, il est vrai que nous n'avions que 2 chambres réservées sur 3 lors de votre arrivée.
Nous avons donc tout mis en œuvre pour trouver un logement sachant qu'un samedi soir lors du marché de Noël c'est extrêmement difficile. Nous avons également pris en charge le transport en taxi ( aller/retour ) et offert les petits déjeuners.
Je tiens a souligner que notre équipe déployé des moyens considérables pour éviter tout stress et que vous puissiez profiter de votre séjour à Strasbourg.
