Excellent for the price. Especially the fact that the staff speaks English and that I couldn't hear any noises. I also liked the option for garage parkig, although there was a big slipoery puddle of water next to my car after the rain. I would also have liked for the lights in the garage to stay on for a longer interval. I will check out the lounge on my next visit.

Our first night was good despite smaller complaints on the bathroom, but our second night was a disaster, problems with the air that we could not breath and sleep.

Poor. Except for Sabrina at the front desk who was very polite and gave us information about catching the tram, I wouldn't be staying at this hotel chain again.
